RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Returned beauty accessories, cosmetic tools, personal grooming accessories, and beauty storage products must:
– Be unused and unworn.
– Be in their original condition.
– Include original packaging and accessories.
– Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
3. Non-Returnable Items

– Products have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
– Original packaging or important components are missing.

6. Return Shipping Costs
– If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or the wrong item was shipped, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
– If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or returns an item that is not defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing
